No, you're not fat. If you feel that you are too heavy, just know that, at 12, your body is changing very VERY quickly - puberty (in boys AND girls) makes you put on weight. You may feel awkward... but everyone feels the same way, even the people that seem very confident.
No, that sounds pretty normal to me, if you would like to get to a weight like 115 then you can eat less sweets and exercise alittle more. But otherwise I think you are fine for your height.
Overweight ,because if the height is 5'5" tall ,then the normal weight must range from 48 - 53 kg
Approx. 145 lbs.
145 lbs = 65.77kg
It totally depends on your muscle mass, skeletal structure, body fat%, distribution of that fat, and most importantly, YOUR perception of fat!!!
A 5'5 13 year old should weigh between 120 and 135 lbs. but it may vary between how much muscle comapred to fat that you have. As most of you know muscle weighs more than fat so if you are 5'5 and 13 and weigh 145 that is good of you have a lot of muscle.
Someone who is 5'4" tall and weighs 93 pounds is not fat at all. Overweight for your height would be over 145 lbs.
no but a couple of more pounds u could be considered chubby.5- 10 more lbs
To convert 145 lbs to kilos, use the formula: 145 lbs* 1 kg 2.2046 lbs = 65.77089365 kg
145 lbs. = 65.8kg
A healthy weight for someone 5 feet and 5 inches would be in a range from 114-144 pounds. Male- between 99 and 141 lbs Female- 98 to 145 lbs kidshealth.org
For a man, 131 is considered underweight. 145 is considered ideal. And 159 is considered overweight. For a woman, 117 is considered underweight. 136 is ideal. And 156 is overweight. Of course things can vary with your BMI: meaning how much muscle you have on your body compared to fat.
