What if your 1991 dodge dynasty starts then stalls so how may psi are supposed to be in the fuel pump you think it might be the fuel pressure regulator or does anyone have any ideas?

Check your fuel filter. It most likely needs to be replaced.

I think you're running super rich ( common Z problem ). Most likely a problem with your AFM and not the fuel pressure regulator. I've got a 76 Z myself. check the fuel pressure regulator by taking the vacum line off it. if the line is wet or some gas comes out of the regulator the regulator is bad change it. I had the same prob and after changing the fpr it was fixed.
