The engine will be losing compression, and possibly burning oil. Check each cylinder to determine the compression. The loss could also be caused by a valve problem.
Compression, the rings sealing properly? get a compression tester and follow the instructions.
there could be a problem with the motor, or a burning glue gun in the car, or your simply crazy
You could be allergic to the silicon band holding it up, or if you are folding the garment over at the top you are doubling the compression at the top and now you are cutting off your circulation.
Bad head gasket and/or cracked head.
We get alot of no start questions, they are difficult to answer because there are many components in starter system, from the key to the ignition key to wiring to relays and the starter motor, oh yeah, the battery could still be the problem, a jump does not eliminate the battery as the problem
If a 1999 Infiniti G20 is shaking on the right front side it could be a bad wheel bearing. The rotor on that side may need to be replaced if the wheel bearing is not the problem.

Could be a valve problem or a broken ring. Probably have to take it apart to find out.
