When you throw a serpentine belt on any vehicle, you replace it. The place where you change your oil should have should have pointed out the cracks in it to you. A number of vehicles need their belts replaced long before 6 years. If the place where you are getting your oil changed is not point out such things, maybe you should go to a different place. Or are you changing the oil?
