Most programs can be deleted as long as you don't have a need for them. A few applications I would suggest not removing is your anti virus or your anti malware.
I doubt very seriously you actually deleted Safari. You may have deleted the shortcut icon but not the program. Open applications or finder and I bet it is still there. If so, just drag the icon to the dock.

simply go to the app store and download them again. If it says "buy" then just ignore it. I had the same problem. Hope helps! :-)
You only need to download itunes again is if you deleted it, got a new computer, or are needing to upgrade it to the new 10.01.0

Go to https://www.google.com/chrome/ and download it. Though your school computer may have something called deep-freeze, if so Chrome would be deleted if you restart the computer.
