What if your daughter has already stayed out of USA for more than 6 months and she want to come back to USA within a year so what you need to do?

You dont really give enough info to answer the question. Because you mention 6 months I will assume your daughter is an LPR. If she has been out less than a year she can reenter with just her green card or adit stamp. The 6 months wont affect her entry but will raise question at her CIS interview if she is spending large chunks of time outside the U.S.

eeh.. my doctor said the same thing when i was pregnant with my daughter. I went into preterm at 26 weeks,they stopped it, then at 36 weeks i started dialating. i was 50% and 1 cm.but i stayed that way from 36 weeks to 41.1 weeks.good luck :O)
