Dump him! He has no respect for women and no respect for you. Believe it or not, you will get his attention when you have enough guts to have respect yourself. Don't tolerate that. If it's obvious he likes your sister, then there's more to what he is capable of doing. Define 'likes.' Has he made passes? Or is it just flirting? I flirt with my wife's friends, but that's as far as it would ever go, and all of us (me, my wife, and her friends) know it. Or are your reading too much into it? Being too quick to 'dump him' can make burn some bridges before they are damaged.

This is not a very nice position to be in. You would be feeling very betrayed by both of these people and usually being cheated on gives you a feeling of being a fool. How you deal with it is a very individual thing. Some women feel they will never be able to live with it and the relationships are over, while others will try to work through the problems that have arisen from this situation. I guess the first thing to do is get yourself into a somewhat calm state before confronting them. Confronting them individually would probably be the best way to go. Only you know whether you feel you can, or even want to, amend these relationships. Perhaps some counselling will help you sort everything out in your own mind before deciding on a course of long term action.
Most of all try to remember that despite what you are feeling, you are not a fool. Your husband made vows to you and you should have been able to trust him. You should also have been able to trust that your sister will have your best interests at heart. The fact that these two people broke that trust is not your fault.
