Assuming all legal aspects have been settled, your first husband's sudden reappearance would not affect your second marriage. You are separated from him by death - 'til death do us part'. He could go to court, of course, and attempt to undo whatever was done in his absence, in order to obtain any property that was his and was not liquidated to settle debts.
