Well, you are at a different place with the marriage issue then he is, apparently. Maybe he doesnt feel the need to get married when he already has what goes along with marriage, just got it in a different order then the "norm" not that I agree with it but marriage is a relationship that is solidified by a piece of paper and nothing more, aside for the splitting of assests should the relationship dissolve, which now with common law issues, still doesnt mean that much. You must sit down with him and ask him his feelings about this and tell him yours, dont give an ultimatum, just inquire for now and let him know that for you, your relationship would be that much more special if you were married.
