An increased rate of metabolism is dependable on how much you exercise for example if you are doing more exercise your body will need to get more energy to cope with it thus increasing metabolism l and increasing fitness

Drinking lots of water and resting for 7 hours or more can easily increase it.Also, exercising vigorously boosts your metabolism so you end up burning even more calories once your rested.
