What ingedients do we need for cookies?

The answer depends on which kind of cookie you want to make.

A basic cookie batter consists of flour, sugar, butter and eggs. A leavening agent such as baking powder or baking soda may be added. Flavorings such as vanilla and salt may be added. Then you add oatmeal, raisins, Chocolate Chips, peanut butter, and whatever you need for the kind of cookie you want.

Then there are variations of cookies such as a boiled cookie that does not use any flour and is not baked in an oven but boiled on the top of the stove.
