Cave cricket or camel cricket?
I found one of these in my apartment and a friend told me it was a "spider cricket"... after searching online to no avail I've found it is actually a camel/cave cricket although the wikipedia picture of it looks nothing like what i found.

By definition, it cannot be an insect if it has eight legs. There are many eight-legged arthropods that resemble insects and spiders. The Harvestman has eight legs but is not a spider. It is part of the mite family. Ticks can be mistaken for insects or spiders, they have eight legs but are in a family of their own.

The answer is a waspet
The average walking speed of a spider is about a mile per hour. This looks very fast because the insect is very small.

it looks like a normal monkey but the face looks a bit like a spider. hence spider monkey

If it looks like one, it is a firebrat. there are jumping/non jumping-(2) classes. not sure if hard to smash. If jumps and sam size/general shape (but not appearance) springtails-they have a hard shell and very distinct appearance. See images.
