What inspiration does Jesus give Christians?

Jesus gives Christians inspiration in many ways.

The main way is through his example in The Bible. Through parables like the Good Samaritan he teaches Christians that you should be treat everyone equally. Samaritans and Jews did not get along at the time but when the Samaritan saw the injured Jew he helped him. This story says that you should treat everyone equally because the Samaritan did good for a man even though he wasnt of the same way and jesus says with the story that this was the right thing to do.

Another way Jesus inspires people is through prayer. Some people claim Jesus has talked to them through praying, telling them what to do(a good example of this is mother thereasa as she claimed that Jesus told her to go to India to help the poor.)

Thats two ways jesus inspires people (teaching through example and through direct means such as speach.)

However, it is always a good idea to keep in mind the fact that the bible (old testimant and new) often contradicts itself and the principles of each of the churches often go agient what they're saying- for example: A benevolent and omniscient God makes gay people and then sends them to hell for it according to some Christians.
