Iraq problem is that there are abour 20 different interest groups - nationalities, religions, other - that have different interconnections and different dislikes/hates towards the other. It doe not seem likely to solve the war by force, neither it did before starting it. A simple leaving the Iraq for the united forces would only cost a few bilions.
