Vapor lock can cause the problem. see Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Va It's your ignition coil, the cooling packs are bad, after it sits and cools it will run until it gets to warm again. replace the coil i know that's it, same thing happened to me. I had the same problem, it turned out to be the Ignition Control Module. Beware, this is an easy fix, but a repair shop will charge you an arm and a leg. Simple steps, 6 screws come off; 5 wires come off, then 2 bolts. Replace with new ICM, put bolts and screws back... finish.
