The only way to fix it is to replace it with another pump, which might be another noisy one, or it might be a quiet one. try using mopar atf4 it is really good stuff it may quiet it down. get all the old fluid out and flush with atf4. just remove a line and let it empty. reconnect and use atf4 then repete to flush.
