LBRS stands for "Lower Blackrock Spire," which is a dungeon in the World of Warcraft game. It is located in the Blackrock Mountain and is inhabited by various enemies and bosses that players can defeat for loot and rewards.
Halycon is a worg that is in Blackrock Spire. She produces the orcs attack worgs and is part of a quest or two.

Blackrock Depths (aka Blackrock Deeps) is the deepest part of Blackrock Mountain, ruled by the Dark Iron dwarves who are led by Emperor Dagran Thaurissan. Several minions of the Firelord Ragnaros also make their home in these lava-lined depths. Blackrock Depths is currently the largest 5-man instance in the game, and is likely to remain so, making it a true wonder of the World of Warcraft. The average time to complete the entire instance is 4-6 hours due to its complexity: a large amount of mobs and bosses, several scripts, and many quests. The enemy level range is 48-56, and the minimum level requirement to enter is level 40.
Rookery Whelps can be found in Upper Blackrock Spire, surrounding the boss called "Father Flame".
Redridge Mountains is one of the low-level zones in World of Warcraft, and can be reached by travelling East from Stormwind and Elwynn Forest, the starting area of the Humans. This zone is about level 11-20 in nature, and quests in this area seem to focus around an infestation of Blackrock Orcs and the threat of an insane wizard and his Gnoll minions.
Blackrock Spire is an old-world (previous raid) instance located inside Blackrock Mountain. Blackrock Mountain can be accessed from Searing Gorge and Burning Steppes (there's an entrance on either side of the mountain). The instance is split into two, connected parts. The first, Lower Blackrock Spire, has a section with Humanoids (Trolls, Orcs and Ogres mostly), the matron of the Worgs, Halycon, and a spider boss. The final boss in this instance is Overlord Wyrmthalak. The second part is Upper Blackrock Spire, where you will face Rend Blackhand (the false Warchief) and the master of the forces under Nefarion, General Drakkisath. A quest in the area, dropped by the Quartermaster just outside the instance, asks of you to kill General Drakkisath and obtain his mark. This will attune you to Blackwing Lair, so that you can enter there without first having to go through UBRS.
