The final boss in this instance is Overlord Wyrmthalak. The second part is Upper Blackrock Spire, where you will face Rend Blackhand (the false Warchief) and the master of the forces under Nefarion, General Drakkisath. A quest in the area, dropped by the Quartermaster just outside the instance, asks of you to kill General Drakkisath and obtain his mark. This will attune you to Blackwing Lair, so that you can enter there without first having to go through UBRS.
