Due to definition, China is a second world country because #1 it holds the communist form of government #2 it is an industrialized country. If you don't believe in Second World, you could technically call it a third world, but it is developing really fast now.

It depends on when and where you go to college and if you get a good job. I am full Chinese and I'm not rich, but I'm not poor either. I do live in a pretty big house, and ther are a lot of Chinese people in my area living in houses around the same size. My house is 4,817 and others, like I said, are around the same size and our houses cost about 1 million, so I don't call allChinese people poor. But they aren't exactly rich either.
