Max normal stress theory is used for brittle materials.
a
Diathesis-stress Theory
a= the event or stressor b= resources c = perception x= level of stress Family stress model focuses on the change and the stress that accompanies it since family processes, roles, and structures change when stress is encountered.
the elastic rebound theory
Not always. Some family members can actually be the cause of stress for other family members.
For materials that are brittle rather than ductile. For ductile :max shear stress theory would be more suitable
The hormonal stress theory of aging suggests that the cumulative impact of stress on the hormonal system over time can contribute to the aging process. Chronic stress can lead to an overstimulation of the endocrine system, resulting in an imbalance of hormones that may accelerate aging and increase susceptibility to age-related diseases. Stress management techniques and maintaining hormonal balance may help mitigate this effect.
A dependent variable is non manipulative and is affected by the manipulations of the independent variable. In the case given, the different levels of family stress like high and low can be siad as different levels of a dependent varible i.e. stress. So, family stress can be a dependent variable but not the levels of stress
The theory that states governments developed from family ties is called the "patrimonial theory." This theory suggests that early rulers maintained power through family lineage, passing down leadership roles and maintaining control within a particular family group.
Stress that occurs when forces act to stretch an object.
