After detecting this on my computer, one thing I noticed is that when I scroll down on a page or a long document, it doesn't as it used to. The image on the monitor skips on frames, maybe that's why it is called (framer). Also I don't know if is related but my computer is asking me to look ijn the internet to install new hardware components (VGA related).
Updates: To remove this, you need a good anti-virus (Kaspersky, Nod 32, AVG 9) and run it on your PC via Safe-mode. Then reboot. See related links for more help.

There is a specific file inside of the FireFox, for instance, that Avira picks up. You might try running a different virus software, to make sure this gets picked up by it as well. If that's the case, you can simply delete the file. Avira lists this malware as a low level threat. Other virus agencies don't even list it.
