My name is David R. Dicks. My professional background consist of 15 years of law enforcement, writing svreen plays and self publishing books. The latest work self published can be found on the Barns and Noble book website. After being appointed and serving as the Chief of Police in Flint, Michigan until 2009, I am determined to tell my story through books and film.

Mr. Harper, the screen play manuscipt is entitled "Poverty Cops".
