The main Islam's goals are:
- Performing ritual worships, according to Islam five pillars and the six articles of faith in Islam (see related question below). Most important of these pillars is to worship Allah (God in English) as the one and only one God with no partner, no son, no father, no companion, no associate, and no equivalence.
- Working for the good of his/her life, his/her family, his/her community and universe; and devoting all these good deeds for sake of Allah and for seeking His blessings and rewards.
In fulfilling these two goals, Muslims should follow:
- God commands as reflected in the Quran holy book
- Prophet Muhammad Sunnah (his sayings and practices)
- The good morals and conduct per Quran and prophet Muhammad teaching.
