If you want to know if it's really worth anything, you should take it to a jeweler. My best guess is that it's either sterling silver (or someone wants people to think it is) and you're misreading the number. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver with the other 7.5% being other metals; "925" is a pretty common marking on sterling silver. That said, markings are one of the easiest things to counterfeit; the fact that a bracelet has a certain marking doesn't really prove anything, which is why you'd need to take it to a jeweler to be sure.
