Well, the only official language is English. However, probably a bunch of languages are actually spoken, because people live there from many countries, and are also learning foreign languages all the time. It is similar to what happens in most regions.

English as of 1975. It is also required to be able to write your name in English as well as read Massachusetts' constitution in English, if you cannot accomplish such, then you cannot vote in Mass nor can you run for any office
