Orgrimmar is the capital city of the Orcs in Durotar, and named after one of their most famous warchiefs, Orgrimm Doomhammer. It also functions as the Horde command center, and it is from here that the Warchief dispatches his orders around Azeroth.
It is a sprawling city with many warrens and dark corners, featuring an arena as well. The primary inhabitants are Orcs and Trolls, although a few Forsaken and Blood Elves call it their home. Tauren, who prefer the open sky and wide plains, are rarely found in Orgrimmar but do visit on occasion.
You can find him around about Christmas time in real life. He's near the bank of Ironforge or in Orgimmar.. :)
