Overeating can cause weight gain, skin problems, increased cholesterol, increased chances of cancer, Heart disease, strokes/brain hemorrhages. Overeating can also lead to obesity, heart problems and Diabetes.

Under eating can cause hair loss, significant weight loss, being constantly cold, and in severe cases- teeth coming out. If you were to under eat, you would have low energy, you would lose some weight, you would develop stomach problems, you would also get sick easier because of malnutrition, you wouldn't have enough energy to do much.
