Since Paganism is an umbrella term for all those nature based sets of beliefs and practises, there is no single symbol. Perhaps you could specify which particular symbol you are interested in?

Since Paganism is the oldest and original religion, I believe you could say that Paganism and thus pagans influences all religions in the world. It's hard to believe but many religions based their belief systems on preexisting pagan beliefs. One example would be the trinity of the Catholic church is based on pagan beliefs.

If you mean system of beliefs, it's not possible to give an accurate answer, as every pagan is different, and trying to categorise what they believe is like trying to herd cats!
