There is no such word as astronomically. It must have been used a thousand times in the last week. There are two astronomical tides every 24 hours. ( Maybe its just weather reporting license.)
spring tide
Because of how the moon pulls the tides with its gravitational force, at high tide the level along the coast rises, and at low tide it lowers back into the sea.
neap tide
high tide and low tide
No, low tide has more visible beach. In a high tide scenario, the water level has risen, making the water line creep up the beach, thus reducing the amount of visible beach above the water line.
high tide
spring tide .. ;)
the state of the tide when at its highest level.
the high level tide pool
when the moon is infront of the earth
Because of how the moon pulls the tides with its gravitational force, at high tide the level along the coast rises, and at low tide it lowers back into the sea.
Simming at high tide is as safe as swimming at any other time. Whether the tide's in or out doesn't change the level of safety invovled.
it means that the water is at a high level. the ocean will be closer to you where as a low tide is the opposite and it will be further away
neap tide A spring tide occurs when the Sun, Moon and Earth are all in a line (full or new moon), and causes the greatest tidal differences because the Sun and Moon act together to create one large tidal bulge
sea level or water level raises
During high tide
At that level of detail it matters whether it is high tide or low tide!
it means that the water is at a high level. the ocean will be closer to you where as a low tide is the opposite and it will be further away
