3 or 4 psi
Proper tire pressure is found embossed on the sidewall of the tire itself. Unfortunatly it is not on the tire, the tire says to check owners manual for correct tire pressure, which is often the case with low pressure tires. I have a Clymer manual and it has a misprint showing the lug nuts for the tire pressure...very frustrating!!
The low tire pressure warning light, on a Lexus IS 250, can be reset by adjusting the tire air pressure. The recommended tire air pressure is 30 pounds per square inch.

From what I can find the recon was not made in a 250 in 2000. There was a TRX 250 & TRX 250ES made that year?
ES stands for Electric Shifts, the other has standard shifts.

The recommended tire pressure should be on the actual tire. Tire pressure is not assigned by car, but by the different types of tires you can put on the car. You should find this information on the wall of the tire more towards the hubcap than the edge.
Look on the tire itself. It should say 35 lbs psi or whatever it recomends. Tire pressure does not go by vehicle make. Michelle
