The low tire pressure warning light, on a Lexus IS 250, can be reset by adjusting the tire air pressure. The recommended tire air pressure is 30 pounds per square inch.
250 bars
2.2 - 2.6 psi
The proper tire pressure would be 12-18 PSI in the front and 12-17 PSI in the back. I usually run a couple more PSI in the front like I'm running 15 in the front and 13 in the back. It helps it handle and it prevents the front rim from being damaged from say a rock or a tree crossing.
The recommended tire pressure should be on the actual tire. Tire pressure is not assigned by car, but by the different types of tires you can put on the car. You should find this information on the wall of the tire more towards the hubcap than the edge.
Look on the tire itself. It should say 35 lbs psi or whatever it recomends. Tire pressure does not go by vehicle make. Michelle
