Open the back to the Rav. If it is anything like the 2003 I have there will be an access panel on the right to all of the light bulbs that you will need to remove. Once This is removed, You should see (use a high intensity flashlight or shoplight, be careful with the wiring) the wires leading to the lightbulbs) the wires inside your headlight. If you can you are on the right path. At this point I can tell you that You will need to locate 2 screws that are small and that are bolted to the body. They can be accessed in one of 2 ways. You can locate the first by feeling with your fingers near the top of the original headlight. The second screw is nearer toward the bottom of the light, I had to really stretch to reach mine. This required the second way; I broke part of the old headlight off (it was broken anyway) and accessed the second screw so I could loosen the rest. I hope this will help you. Can a2007 jeep wrangler tow a pop up camper?
This really depends on many factors. Your tow rating is probably 2000 lbs. Check your manual or with the dealer for certainty. However, some countries list the identical vehicle with a 4000 lb capacity. Back in the late 90's the first new TJ Wranglers listed the 4K limit and after a lawsuit involving a nearly 5K trailer it was dropped to half the original limit. I tow a 3900 lb. boat without any trouble, but I don't go up and down mountains with it. I also tow an 8K RV unit, but only on private campground property. My Wrangler is a '99 with 100K miles and a very barely visibly used manual AX-5 transmission (one of the weakest). Legally, you may be limited to 2000 lbs, which is not much for a pop-up, but they can be found. Realistic capabilities may be closer to double that, but I'm not taking responsibility if you do so and wreck it or injure people. Thank you!
