Try to run at least ten minutes a day, if you can. Also 10-15 pushups and 20 curlups, or as many as you can do. Then do 50 repitions of a five or ten pound weight, at 10 rep intervals. Don't forget to stretch and try to do about 30 minutes of aerobic exersize (sports, active games, etc) a day. Hope this helps!
It depends on what you want. Big muscles? Tone body? Either way for you I would suggest doing a bench which works your upper body. Another is a leg press or squat, which works your legs and the squat works legs and glutes (butt). If you have dumbbells you could do curls, a dumbbell press, and others. If you don't have any workout equipment, you could always run, swim, do pushups and situps or crunches.
