First off in order to say it is a 1964 you need to verify body codes.

Then it varies on condition, the last one I purchased was complete, original, 6 cyl manual no modifications, ran good enough to drive home, and I paid $1900.

I later sold that one for $10,000 in completely restored condition, be aware that it probably cost me more than that to do all that work.
