The only thing I can think of that would be DEIC would be a Dutch East India Company, which did produce coinage, but they didn't say DEIC but would have rather said VOC (short for the Dutch Vereenigde Oost-Indische Compagnie) but I can't seem to find any coins bearing the legend DEIC. If you'd post a new question including some more details, it might be easier to narrow your coin down. Like what is on each side? What is it struck in? Gold? Silver? Copper? Also, keep in mind that your coin might be a reproduction or a fantasy peace rather than a genuine coin.
