I have completed Pokemon explorers of time but what do you do after you beat the guild?
you have to do another story line, first go to Blizard Island, to get their do a couple of explorations. Then There will be a Mr. Mime next to the kelcon shop. talk to him and than you can got there. You either need a good fire pkm, or Dialga to have an easy trip. It is a 3 part exploration, so just be ready to go on for awhile.

first, steal from their shop, and knock it out. It has a VERY SMALL chance of joining you While being lvl 90+ with a friend bow u still only have a 0.1% chance of it joining ur team. OTHER: To be MUCH more specific, this iswhat you need as keckleon has a negative 49.5% chance of joining you. -be level 99-100 (+25%) -get golden mask-b75f zeroisle north (+24%) -fast friend IQ, only IQ group and f (+1%) the above mentioned are what are neede for a keckleon recruitment. Unfortunately, the previous answerer had only used the answer based on rumour rather than the "cold hard fact"
How do you get kecleon in Pokemonsapphire?
Getting Kecleon requires the Devon Scope to be acquired from Steven during the storyline of the game when the player reaches Fortree City. Steven will be on the route east of Fortree City and will give the player the scope and an encounter with Kecleon will occur. As always weaken the pokemon before attempting capture then use good types of poke balls like the Great Ball. If you do fail to capture it there are more Kecleon around in the game like by the Fortree City gym.
Recruit kecleon on explorers of sky?
It is easy in Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team. You only need ONE Pokemon (Make sure it is Lv.100) and go to any dungeon except Tiny Woods. (I would prefer Wyvern Hill) and go to a floor. You need the Friend Area Overgrown Forest and a method of these items: One-Room Orb, Drought Orb, X-Ray Specs, Friend Bow, Huge Apples, and MANY Reviver Seeds. The X-Ray Specs will help you find Kecleon Shops easier (For that you should find a red dot that is not moving and many blue dots around it) You can make money by placing some of your items. He will say "For that, I shall pay "Whatever" Poke. OK to you?" Say yes. Then, steal all items he's got. He will say "Do you wanna pay for those items?" Say no Immediately! Swap X-Ray Specs with Friend Bow. But it takes maybe more than 15 tries. Maybe oneday you will get your Kecleon. They have 195 hp each. one or two turns should pwn them enough.There is no easy way in Explorers of Darkness and Explorers of Time. I'd say you would bring a Lv.100 Pokemon with an Amber Tear. You need Swords Dance or have MANY Proteins. Once you stole from Kecleon, he will attack you AND HE'S VERY POWERFUL!!! All your attacks will deal 1 hp and his attacks will deal more than 100 hp. Some Miracle Occurs that he may join you. If he decides he doesn't want to be recruited, he will hate you and ain't ever selling any items for you again in that dungeon!!! The italic is not true. I never won a fight against a Kecleon. Such a Drag. But you will need items like this: MANY Proteins, 2 Radar Orbs, 2 Mobile Orbs, Sunny Orb if boosting Fire-Type Moves, Rainy Orb if boosting Water-Type Moves, almost a 100 REVIVER SEEDS, and an Amber Tear. Link Fighting-Type Moves against a Lv.100 Pokemon! Maybe it could be Machamp with DynamicPunch. You might need 100 ONE-SHOT ORBS TO PWN KECLEONS IN ONE HIT!!! (I would prefer Waterfall Cave) Do your best of recruiting Kecleon!In Pmd2 he has a negative percent chance of recruitment. so to recruit mine I brought ten evasion orbs, a mew with fast friend ability 16 reviver seeds, golden mask/ amber tear, and 16 violent seeds. all in all the most recruitment chance it has is 0.5% with all of this stuff so, good luck p.s. wondermail codes do not work for special recruits.
