Parenchyma cells refer to the bulk/functional parts of an organ. This is in contrast to stromal cells which refer to structural parts of the organ, i.e. the connective tissue.
Below are some examples of parenchayma cells:
Kidney- nephrons
Liver- hepatocytes
Brain- neurons
Ask yourself, "What is the function of this organ?" Then name the cell in the organ that provides said function.

Chronic renal parenchymal disease
Parenchymal, sclerenchymal, cell in a flower petal or prokaryotic
It is not a "parenchymal epitexture" it is a "parenchymal echotexture" and it is indicating damage to the liver.

Chronic means of long duration. Parenchymal means related to the bulk of the organ. Chronic parenchymal changes of the brain is a non-specific description of long-standing changes in how the mass of the brain looks.
seminiferous tubules.
Chronic parenchymal volume loss is long-standing decrease in the amount of space taken up by the bulk of the organ.
