A Vinegar spider or Vinegaroon is shaped like a scorpion. It gives off a vinegar smell when it bites it's victims causing them to smell of vinegar. It is called a spider but is actually part of the scorpion family. It has a whip like tail but there is no stinger on it like the scorpion. Another name for it is also the Whip Spider. It is native to the southern US and Mexico.

Vinegar is acidic, and will probably kill spider mites, but it may also damage the leaves if you spray it on. A soapy water solution is better for spraying on spider mites than vinegar. Always test one leaf of a plant first, before spraying the entire plant, if using a home-made insecticide.

yes it will... i just sprayed a huge spider with Clorox spray and it died instantly... all its legs curl up and it drops. Eventually it might... maybe it depends on the spider. I sprayed a average sized spider and stood horrified as it twitched for a good 20 minutes. The bleach did at least immobilize it. Yes it does but it's not as effective as spider spray I guess. I sprayed a middle sized spider almost 10 times with Clorox before it stopped moving.

Malt vinegar, white wine vinegar, white spirit vinegar. Spirit vinegar doesn't taste as good as any of the brewed vinegars. The closest substitute is probably white wine vinegar mixed with an equal quantity of apple juice. Failing that, mix apple juice with malt vinegar. Red wine vinegar would give a taste that you might not want.
It depends on what species for example a tarantula is in indoor spider and a grass spider is an out door spider!
