Catholic AnswerA Bishop can wear many robes, he wears a cassock for street or house wear, black for the street or house, and a violet (purple) one for choir use. He wears an alb for liturgies. He wears a cope for non-Eucharist functions, and a chasauble for the Most Holy Eucharist.
