It is where your engine is mounted in the engine compartment. There would be more than one mount.

The year, make, model and engine wasn't mentioned but in general you remove the motor mount anchor bolt(s), lift the engine a few inches and support it safely, unbolt motor mount(s) from engine, remove mount(s), replace mount(s) and finish in reverse order.

You can usually tell when your engine starts to sound really loud when you drive it. I recently had to replace the motor mount on 2 of my cars its a relatively easy fix just depends on where its located
