Well a tea bag is an example my teacher uses for a cell membrane because there are tiny pores in the cell membrane that allow certain things into and out of the cell. As for the tea bag it allows things in but nothing out, only the tea leaves flavour is let out but not the tea leaves.
If your doing a project, play doh or jello works just as fine
:D
A cell membrane is like a plastic bag with really small holes. The bag keeps the cell contents together while the holes allow certain things into and out of the cell.
A cell membrane controls what goes in and out of the cell. It is like a wall.
Like a gate. Cell membrane regulates what enters/exits home like gate does for home. & Supports & protects home like cell membrane does for cell.
The purpose of the cell membrane is to let materials like nutrients in and materials like waste out of the cell. They act as doors for the cell.
The cell membrane supports the cell. For Example, It is like "Jello" with fruit inside. The "Jello" is the cell membrane and the fruit are its organs.
The function of the cell membrane is to let things in and out of the cell. It's like a gate to the cell. Prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells have cell membranes.

cell membrane is a jelly like substance surrounding the cell

When looking at a cell as a factory, the cell membrane is like the factory outer walls.

like that la

It's the plasma membrane. This is because it acts like a gate regulating what can enter and leave the cell. If the plasma membrane did not exist the cell would die because it might take in something that could kill it.
the cell membrane is built like a sandwich
The cell membrane keeps the cell from falling apart and helps it stay intact.
A cell membrane lets nutrients into the cell. The nucleus is like the brain of the cell.
