If you mean "contraction", then it's "doesn't". The two words being put together are does and not, which makes it compound, or more than one. The abbreviation goes after the "n" and replaces the "o" in "not". Thus, the word "Doesn't". Ain't is similar. I'm not sure what the first word is, but the second word is "not" with the "o" replaced, again, with the abbreviation. Maybe the first word in "ain't" was "and", or maybe it's taken from another slang word.
