To prevent the red bumps from forming in the first place, make sure you use a good shaving cream, if you do not have shaving cream, hair conditioner or shampoo work just as well. Make sure when you shave, you let your [legs, pits, or face] soak in water for three minuetes for begining. Use a four-blade razor (men's razors work WAY better than womans') and don't add lots of presure. Hope this helps! Hugs & Fishes ><>*<><
It could be the way that you are shaving. Depending on the area, you want to shave with the grain versus shaving against the grain. You may not get the closest shave, but this should help relieve some irritation. Also make sure to exfoliate the area before to help lift the hairs. The hair that gets shave is left with a blunt cut, making it easier for it to grow back into the skin. Try these options and see if they work for you. Good luck!

I don't know about acne but it might just be red bumps from shaving - it gets irritated really easily and causes red bumps so maybe thats all it is? Lots of people have that u just gotta moisturize a lot use a clean blade etc. or just wax. You should look it up. -Shannon, 16

1. Examine your shaving method. If you use a creme to remove or use a manual razor, the removal method matters. Shaving upwards with the latter pulls the follicle upwards as well leaving the newly shaved hair with a sharp angle and below the epidermis: surely an ingrown hair waiting to happen. 2. Shave with the grain, meaning in the direction that the hair grows. This is usually in a downward direction, although you should whip out a magnifying glass to be certain. 3. Prevent by exfoliating to remove the dead skin cells. Hair has to be trained, or teased to grow properly and exfoliating will aid in that growth. To stop ingrowns the key is prevention. You probably have athletics foot because those r one of the effects to get rid of it u need a type of cream from your doctor or regular foot cream but it wont work as well
As most shampoo's, if it gets in the eye there will be some level of irritation. Since it is not made for children, I would not recommend use on a child because of eye irritation.
I have a Shih Tzu too and she gets "bumps" all over her. Those bumps are toomers. It is ok though because she/he wont die from it so don't worry.
