Usually when a woman is preggy, her friends and family throw a baby shower for her. Gifts may include a "diaper cake." It looks like an actual cake but is made out of diapers and sometimes onesies or socks. The're cool little gifts and I'm sure very useful. Especially to new parents:) You can probably buy them at any baby clothing store or online.
