There are a lot of viruses that still don't have a pretty effective vaccine and here is a short list of them:

West Nile virus
Hepatitis C virus (no vaccine but there is a good anti-viral)
Sin Nombre virus (as far as I could remember)
Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever virus
Human rhinovirus (the one that causes the common cold)
JC polyomavirus
BK polyomavirus
Norwalk virus aka the Norovirus (Causes winter vomiting disease in cruise ships often)
SARS related coronavirus (appeared and no reports later)
Zika virus
