From three websites including dictionary.com, I have come to the conclusion that Adenocarcinoma is a type of cancerous (malignant) tumor that can appear anywhere in the body but mostly originating in glandular tissue. This type of tumor is more commonly found in colon, lung, and Breast cancer. Disseminated I assume just means that it is widely spread.
