Yes, some salons can do a dreadlock "perm." It is very expensive and has to be redone every 3-4 months. Its not like real dreadlocks... the locks never tighten and mature.thats not true they will mature, but the new growth and permed parts look very different. many end up cutting off the permed parts.i have never seen 1 dread perm that wasn't regretted after.it is the absolute last way i'd ever recomend you try to dread.
