A fixed female cat's crotch looks like there is nothing in it, there are no objects between her legs. A fixed male cat's crotch has a little thing shaped like a cylinder in it, between his legs.
A cat that has been spayed is simply known as just that: A spayed female cat.

If your female cat is fixed aund another male cat is not fixed your female cat should not be attracted to the male cat but the male cat could be attracted to your female cat. ;)

A castrated male cat is usually just called a "neutered" or "fixed" male.
An entire (not neutered) male cat is called a Tom cat.
Either it is not mating season and/or the male is fixed.
He is probably fixed.
