It would depend on which mods you would like to do. For all mods you will need a screwdriver (open it up). A hammer and long screwdriver can be used to remove air restricters. If you have a power drill that makes everything a lot easier. Some Duct Tape can be used for plugging bad seals and Teflon tape can do the same.
