Hi. I'm 23 5'8 and 170lbs and just looking for a little advice on shaving off some fat (mainly belly fat). I exercise twice daily (once strengthtraining and once cardio) fOr about an 1hr each time and that's not including the running around campus to each of my classes or the 3 30 min walks I take my huskies on a day. I eat Pretty healthy (no fast food or soda. I've even cut most juices out of my diet. My portions are small). Any suggestions? I've kinda stalemated with my size. I don't consider myself fat, just want to tighten up the flab...maybe get down to 155-160. Please no suggestions of pills (I don't like trying to swallow them) or anything super outrageous. Oh yeah I have sickle cell, would that cause me to struggle to drop weight? Thanks
