Canada and the US share a border and have a lot of history. They are also very good trading countries in the NORTH AMERICAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT. Lastly, they are connected by both government being good allies.
The title comes from what you've written, not before. If you wrote an article about losing history, then it's a good title. Finish the article first, and the title will come out of what you wrote.

Being bilingual in Canada promotes inclusivity and unity among the country's diverse population. It allows for better communication and understanding between English and French-speaking citizens, opening up more opportunities for collaboration and cultural exchange. Additionally, being bilingual can help Canadians navigate the globalized world more effectively by having access to more language resources.

Good luck. Your best bet is to go to the Secretary Of States office and ask them. I think a dealership can assign a title... Should be easier than getting a title for a 2007 ninja 250...
This is a little involved and MUST be done correctly.Driving or shipping the car the car MUST be exported from the USA. This is a no charge process. The Title must have both sides faxed to a particular # AT LEAST 72 hours before the car arrives at the boarder. The USA customs web site has specifics. When the car arrives at the border the shipper or person driving MUST report to US customs before going to Canadian Customs with the original title and have it stamped.Importing to Canada, if the car is driven the TItle and Bill of sale or other proof of purchase must be presented to Customs. This will cost at least GST. Canada Customs has good advice on their web site about this.If the car is shipped you will need to use a broker. Very often the trucking company will require you use their Broker, and that is cool usually. Expect to pay $200 ish for the service.
There are many reasons-- Racism. Economics (Canada has a fairly good economy, Mexico has a poverty problem). History and language (Most Canadians speak English) Geography. There are natural borders for most of the densely populated areas between the US and Canada. There are few natural boundaries between the US and Mexico (you can walk across the Rio Grande). Birth rate (Mexico has a high birth rate, Canada does not). Education and culture (Most Canadians are well educated, Mexicans are often not). The reason the US and Canada border is not fenced is that Canada is mainly our strongest ally; and like previously stated, their economy is good, so there is not really such reason to migrate illegally to the US; Mexico's economy is not as good, and some migrate illegally to other countries for a better life, for example the US. (There are lots of rich people in Mexico and Mexico's economy isnt horrible, but it is not as well as the US economy, and as previously stated Mexico has some poverty, and people in poverty are mainly the people who migrate illegally, for a better life.)
